Quotes and Estimates

Submitting a form does not create a service agreement.

Quotes are based on the information available to us, including property address, photos, roof condition, access, roof pitch, moss coverage, roof material, safety conditions, scheduling, and weather.

Final pricing, scope of work, warranty details, and service terms will be provided in your quote, invoice, written agreement, or other direct communication from Roof Cleaning Fast.

Scheduling and Weather

Roof cleaning is affected by weather, roof condition, safety, access, crew availability, and other factors.

We do our best to meet requested timelines, including urgent listing, HOA, and insurance deadlines, but scheduling is not guaranteed unless confirmed by Roof Cleaning Fast.

Rush service may be available for an additional charge.

Roof Cleaning Methods

Roof cleaning methods vary by roof material and condition.

We do not pressure wash asphalt shingle roofs. For asphalt shingles, we typically remove visible moss by hand using roof-safe nylon tools.

Tile roofs, metal roofs, and cedar shake roofs may require different cleaning methods. In some cases, tile and metal roofs may be pressure washed. Cedar shake roofs are typically soft cleaned.

We choose the cleaning method based on roof material, condition, safety, access, and the scope of work.

Existing Roof Conditions

Roofs may have existing wear, damage, leaks, cracked tiles, brittle shingles, loose flashing, soft decking, rot, clogged valleys, or other issues before cleaning begins.

We may point out visible concerns when we see them, but our service is not a full roofing inspection, structural inspection, insurance inspection, or guarantee that the roof has no problems.

If your roof appears too fragile or unsafe to clean, we may decline the work or recommend another approach.

Tile Roofs

Before cleaning tile roofs, we may identify visible cracked, broken, loose, or damaged tiles.

If our crew breaks a tile during cleaning, we fix what we break. Depending on the tile and availability, that may mean replacing the tile, arranging a repair, or working with you on the right solution.

Customer Responsibilities

Before service, the customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.

This may include:

• Unlocking gates
• Moving vehicles
• Securing pets
• Clearing fragile items near the work area
• Disclosing known leaks, damage, electrical issues, roof concerns, or access issues
• Making sure the person ordering service has permission to authorize work at the property

Warranties and Guarantees

Our visible-result guarantee applies as stated on our website, quote, invoice, or written service agreement.

Longer-term moss warranties, treatment warranties, maintenance warranties, or transferable warranties only apply if they are included in writing as part of your quote, invoice, or service agreement.

Manual moss removal removes visible moss now. Long-term moss control may require treatment, maintenance, debris removal, gutter cleaning, or follow-up service.

Payments

Payment terms will be listed on your quote, invoice, or written agreement.

Payment is due according to the terms provided by Roof Cleaning Fast.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may reschedule service because of weather, unsafe roof conditions, access problems, equipment issues, crew availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

Photos and Documentation

Roof Cleaning Fast may take photos before, during, and after service for documentation, quality control, customer communication, training, advertising, and business records.

We will not intentionally publish personal identifying information such as your name, phone number, email, or exact address without permission.

No Professional Roofing, Legal, Insurance, or Real Estate Advice

Roof Cleaning Fast provides roof cleaning, moss removal, maintenance, documentation, and related exterior services.

We do not provide legal advice, insurance advice, real estate advice, structural engineering advice, or full roofing inspections. Any comments about roof condition are limited observations based on what is visible during our work.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roof Cleaning Fast is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our responsibility for any service issue is limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved, unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.

Third-Party Links and Tools
